If your order arrives and isn't quite what you expected, we will happily exchange your product for something else within 7 days of your items being received. Return shipping and shipping of new product is to be covered by you (the purchaser). Please note: We unfortunately are unable to offer exchanges for items purchased from our sale section.
FAULTY GOODS.Great care has been taken to produce your jewellery, but if you encounter any problems with your jewellery or other items we will replace it free of charge. Please contact us to discuss the next steps.
The lustre was not as good as the pictures. Particularly the caramel and the green earings. Also they were smaller than in the picture and thinner.
The white ones are nice. Also the metal is very thin. Not sure how they will hold up . The white ones are prettiest.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review - I really do appreciate you sharing your honest thoughts. I’m genuinely sorry to hear that some of the colours weren’t quite what you were expecting. I put a lot of care into photographing my pieces as accurately as possible, but every now and then certain tones can look a little different on various screens, and I never want anyone to be disappointed when they open their parcel.
All of my earrings are designed to be lightweight and comfortable for all-day wear, but if the caramel or green pairs aren’t what you had hoped for, I’m more than happy to sort that out.
You’re welcome to return the styles that aren't happy with as long as they are still in their original packaging and haven't been worn. Once your return is received, I can organise a refund or exchange - whichever you prefer.
