Refund policy

CHANGE OF MIND. 

For any reason you are not quite satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return your order within 30 days of purchase provided the item(s) are still in their original condition and packaging. Used products, or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for refund or exchange.

Please note: All sale items are final and no exchange or refund can be offered.

Please email hello@mingled.com.au with your order number and the item(s) you wish to exchange or return.

    Upon the receipt of your package, your products will be examined and an exchange or refund will be sent out within 3 business days.


    FAULTY GOODS.
    Great care has been taken to produce your jewellery, but if you encounter any problems with your jewellery or other items we will replace it free of charge.

    Please email us at hello@mingled.com.au with your order name, number and a photo of the damaged or incorrect product. We will post you a replacement or if this isn't possible we will then offer you a refund.
