At Mingled, 100% of the process of making our items is done in our studio in Australia. We design, make and assemble every piece. We don't use third party manufacturers, instead our handmade products are lovingly made in-house.

All Mingled orders are packed with care and are dispatched from our studio in Newcastle, normally within two business days (excludes weekends and public holidays) via Australia Post.

Mingled cannot take responsibility for any lost or return to sender packages due to incorrect shipping information or failure to collect from your local post office.

CHANGE OF MIND.

If your order arrives and isn't quite what you expected, we will happily exchange your product for something else within 7 days of your items being received. Return shipping and shipping of new product is to be covered by you (the purchaser). Please note: We unfortunately are unable to offer exchanges for items purchased from our sale section.
